Where should we live?

Prize_20

We are a family of 4 looking for a SFH in Northern Virginia. We’d love to live in North Arlington but our budget is $700,000 so we may be priced out?

We’re looking for 3+ beds and 2+ baths. We have two kids so good public schools are very important to us. We are interested in the Woodson high school district.

When it comes to the house itself, we’d like a single family home in a green and child friendly neighborhood, with hardwood floors, no previous pets or smokers, lots of windows, sunny. Open floor plan, backyard fenced in/with privacy. Updated bathrooms and kitchen/cabinets.

Can you suggest any houses or neighborhoods for us? Thanks!

Hi Hong, have you seen this house? https://www.redfin.com/VA/Fairfax/4004-Hunting-Pines-Ct-22032/home/9621599

I’m not sure how old your kids are, but it’s zoned for Woodson and Frost, so very good public schools. It’s got wood floors downstairs, but carpet up. There’s an eat-in kitchen as well. It seems like it could use some updates but maybe that’s why the price is so low. Good luck!

Hi Hong, take a look at this one: https://www.redfin.com/VA/Fairfax/9308-Glenbrook-Rd-22031/home/9617272

Lots of hardwood flooring and it looks wonderfully updated! It’s only also 2 blocks away from Mantua Swim and Tennis Club and very close to a walking trail!
